Accessibility Statement
Discover the Difference aims to make this website accessible, usable and inclusive for as many people as possible.
Last updated: 25 May 2026
1. Our accessibility commitment
This website is part of our work, not separate from it. We believe inclusion should be practical, visible and built into everyday experiences, including digital experiences.
We aim to follow the spirit of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA where reasonably possible, while continuing to improve the site through testing and feedback.
2. What we have designed for
- Clear language and readable page structure.
- Responsive layout for mobile, tablet and desktop screens.
- Keyboard-visible focus styles.
- A skip link to move directly to the main content.
- Accessible tab-style navigation with selected states.
- Reduced motion support for users who request it in their device settings.
- Text labels and helper information for the ROI calculator.
- Decorative icons hidden from assistive technologies where appropriate.
- Colour choices intended to support readability and contrast.
3. Known limitations
We are continuing to review and improve this website. Some areas may need further testing across browsers, devices, screen readers and assistive technologies.
Future additions such as embedded social media feeds, videos, booking tools, forms, downloadable documents or third-party platforms may introduce new accessibility issues. We will review those additions before or after launch and make improvements where needed.
4. Downloadable documents
Where we provide downloadable documents, we aim to make them as accessible as reasonably possible. If you need information in a different format, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
5. Feedback and contact
If you experience an accessibility barrier on this website, email hello@discoverthedifference.uk.
It helps if you can tell us:
- which page or feature caused the issue;
- what device, browser or assistive technology you were using;
- what you were trying to do;
- what format or support would work better for you.
6. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is not a one-off task. We will keep reviewing the website as Discover the Difference grows, as content changes and as feedback is received.
